The 10th BWMF CUP U15 will take place in the facilities of the Olympic swimming pool of Lloret de Mar, place to the coast 70 km of Barcelona,, from August 29th to September 2nd 2024 . The competition will start on August 29th in the afternoon while the finals will be contested during the afternoon of September 1st . The award ceremony will be celebrated the same Sunday 1/9 around 9:45 pm Finally, the hotel check out will be done before 10:00 am of Monday the 2nd of September .

Two tournaments are held simultaneously in the BWMF CUP , one for men’s teams and another for women’s teams. The summer edition is reserved for players born in 2009 and later. If your team cannot attend the tournament and you want to participate, BWMF will find a way to do so, either being part of a combined team or by joining a team that needs to incorporate a player to complete the squad. Girls/boys born in 2009 or later years will be able to participate.

COST

The registration price is €175.00 per team . If a club registers 2 or more teams, the amount will be €150.00 per team.

The participation price is €300.00 per player . This amount includes: accommodation for 4 nights in full board (from dinner on August 29 to breakfast on departure day September 2, insurance policy, medical assistance, Shuttle Hotel-pool-hotel, water for matches, medal commemorative, trophies for the first 4 finishers, backpack and t-shirt for the tournament. If any extra food is necessary for the day of arrival or departure, it must be paid separately.

Each team may register two members of the Staff in charge of the organization, assuming that the team is made up of at least 11 players. If the team is made up of fewer players, only 1 coach will have free accommodation. Teams may register as many players as they wish. All registered players will be able to participate in the same match, it will only be necessary for them to have as many WP hats as there are players who are part of it. (caps with different numbers).

Foreign teams must send flight arrival and departure details. We offer a bus service for those teams that wish to do so. The cost is €35/person round trip (airport-Lloret-airport).

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

The registration period will begin on March 11, 2024 through the form included on our website.

The registration fee must be paid no later than April 16, 2024 .
· Payment of 50% of the participation fee must be made before May 14, 2024.
· The remaining payment must be transferred no later than July 2, 2024 .

Registration will only be valid if payment is made within the established period.

Failure to pay 50% of the participation fee on the scheduled date (maximum May 14, 2023) will determine automatic exclusion from the tournament without refund of the amount paid for the registration fee. The first team on the waiting list will be able to fill the vacant spot.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION

Each registered team must provide the following documentation:
a) Team file duly completed through our website: deadline  June 25, 2024
b) Image rights and confidentiality documents duly completed and signed: deadline  July 23, 2024 . However, exceptionally, if it is impossible to send said documentation, they may hand deliver it before the start of the tournament.

If the delivery deadlines for the aforementioned documentation are not respected, the organization does not guarantee that those teams that have not provided it on time will have their credentials and files ready.

Team participation will be assured once both the team registration payments and the payments of all team participants have been made.

The management of the participating club, at their own responsibility, declares the fitness for competitive sport of participating players.
